Orders, Payment & Shipping

During checkout, you will need to enter payment information and add shipping address.
You can also review your order before its final.
After you place an order, an order confirmation immediately appears in the same window.
The confirmation order number will be sent out to your email.
Shipping & Delivery Rates
We aim to ship out your order as soon as possible after payment receipt. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will begin processing the following business day. Once processed, packages will be ship within 3-5 business days via a reputable shipping company.
We are currently offering a flat rate for shipping below RM 300 within Malaysia.
- Peninsular Malaysia – RM 10
- Sabah/Sarawak – RM 15
- Singapore & Brunei - RM 40 - RM 80 (depending on the quantity)
- International Shipping - RM 80 - RM 120 (depending on the quantity)
FREE Delivery on orders over RM 400 (Applicable only within Malaysia

Elle&Shayne cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once we have tendered to the carrier
Digital / Printable Designs
Once your order is placed and payment has been received, we will email it out within 1-2 business days. For customize products, once finished, a PDF file will be emailed to you for printing. Our turnaround time for emailed printable designs is typically 5 - 7 business days for customized orders. Your digital downloads will expire after 6 weeks.
We accept payments through our online shop using all major credit cards, PayPal & Local Malaysian Bank Transfer. Order will only be processed after payment has cleared.
For Credit Card payment. Click on PayPal and proceed payment with your credit card. NO PayPal account is required.
